Environment Oregon takes concrete steps to move the states closer to the world we want to live in, from holding illegal water and air polluters accountable to networking local citizens who serve equally champions of the local waters they love.

Clean air to breathe, make clean water to potable

To promote clean water and air, Surround Oregon, our national network of 29 state affiliates, and members and activists in all 50 states are running these projects and campaigns:

Litigation Projection: For 30 years, our national litigation team has taken polluters directly to court under the Clean Water Act, Make clean Air Act and other environmental laws, winning more than $250 one thousand thousand in court-ordered penalties and pollution-reducing actions.

Clean Water Network: Since 2014, our national organisation has coordinated the Clean H2o Network, uniting more than 250 local and regional denizen groups to get more effective make clean water champions.
